His diverse professional career has provided him with experience across both the judicial and private sectors, enabling him to approach complex legal and commercial matters from multiple perspectives. Mr. Bhatti has previously served as a Judge in the Islamabad Judiciary, where he dealt with a broad range of civil and judicial matters and developed substantial experience in the administration and application of law. Following his judicial service, he worked in-house with Huawei, gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal affairs, commercial transactions, regulatory matters and the legal requirements of a multinational technology company. For the past six years, Mr. Bhatti has been actively engaged in legal practice, appearing before superior courts and advising clients on complex civil, commercial and corporate matters. He has worked with and advised multiple organisations and companies as part of their legal panels, providing litigation support, corporate advice and strategic legal assistance. His practice also includes involvement in cross-border transactions, where he has advised on legal and commercial issues arising from transactions involving parties across different jurisdictions. In addition to his litigation and corporate practice, Mr. Bhatti is actively engaged in alternative dispute resolution. He has served as an arbitrator and is an accredited mediator, bringing his judicial and litigation experience to the resolution of complex commercial and civil disputes. His combined experience as a former judge, corporate legal professional, advocate and dispute-resolution practitioner enables him to provide a comprehensive and commercially informed approach to legal matters.
